    Frequently Asked Questions

    Can I create multiple application under one account?

    Yes, you can avail this feature under our Enterprise plan. Enterprise clients can make unlimited apps using the Eventtan dashboard. But the limitation is only all apps should belong to same Organization and they can’t resale on behalf of their client.

    Does Eventtan support events to be private?

    Yes, you can. You can make any Event private by adding a code to the event. The event name will be listed in app with lock symbol. You can share the event code with you Attendees which they can add in the App to unlock the event. It’s simple. And of course, you can change the code of event any time.

    How much does the app cost?

    We do have multiple price options, Free application, One time event, Multiple events and Enterprise Application. enterprise plans will help users who need help building their apps (among other customizations). Please Check our pricing page, for more details.

    Uploading a new content or feature require a republish of app?

    With Eventtan, the uploading of content is easy through a admin panel. You can select menu, their order of display and the content type. Any content you upload in the admin panel will be reflected in app instantaneously to user who is connected to the server. There is no hassle of uploading a new binary to Stores every time you update any content.
